Vegan Eggnog

We took a vegan spin on the holiday classic! To make our Vegan Eggnog, we utilized the naturally creamy and sweet nature of our Coconut Smoothie (mixed (with the usual ingredients) to achieve a lighter, but equally boozy, cocktail. In addition to being festively delicious, you’ll gain some naturally occurring MCTs and electrolytes.

How to Make Vegan Eggnog

What You'll Need:

  • Cognac, Brandy, Whiskey, and/or Dark Rum (Cane Rum preferred) 12oz 
  • Harmless Harvest Coconut Smoothie 20oz 
  • Non-dairy Milk 8oz (oat preferred)  
  • Cinnamon ½ Teaspoon 
  • Nutmeg1 Teaspoon 
  • Maple Syrup 8oz 
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon 

              How to Make:

              1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
              2. Serve immediately.
