Who is Harmless Harvest?
OUR THAILAND TEAM
We have 133 team members (and counting) living and working in Thailand, where the bulk of our operation takes place.
Our Thai team includes 10 agronomists who partner with Nam Hom coconut farmers to bring regenerative organic practices to life and measure their impact. Staying close to the ground keeps us invested in every step of the process and every community along the way.

OUR U.S. TEAM
Our growing team in the United States is based in Oakland, California. We share mutual passion for sustainable food production, Nam Hom coconuts and (of course) our annual Harmless Harvest Drag competition.
Every member of our US team has had the opportunity to visit our farms and factories in Thailand to better understand the full impact of our supply chain on the farms and in the surrounding communities.
OUR COMMUNITIES
We would not exist without a wonderful partnership with our communities. We can’t be “harmless” if we don’t understand the impact that our coconut farming, product manufacturing and business management has on the people near our operations.
We are committed to partnering with leaders and organizations on the ground in both central Thailand and Oakland, California to ensure we are truly doing less harm and more good within our communities.
Our Nam Hom coconuts are Fair For Life certified, which means that a percentage of sales from every coconut sold goes back to our growing communities in Thailand. Additionally, we partner with non-profit organizations in Oakland to address local food deserts through community gardens and nutrition education.
