Wondering how to make mango sticky rice and worried you may have bitten off more than you can chew? Fret not, because this dairy-free dessert is super easy, and super yummy. Top your coconut rice with sesame seeds, slice up your mango, and dig in!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup cooked Thai glutinous rice (or sushi rice)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 4.4 oz cup of Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Rich & Creamy Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
- 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 mango sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
How To Make It
1. Wash rice, cook, and let cool.
2. Add coconut cream, yogurt, and sweetener to a bowl. Mix until combined and then add to rice. Mix again.
3. Use a small container to form a round shape with rice.
4. Plate rice and top with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with mango. Enjoy!
