What You'll Need

For the base

  • ½ cup Harmless Harvest Vanilla or Unsweetened Yogurt 
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup fresh spinach 
  • ½ cup chopped kale (stems removed) 
  • 1 small ripe banana 
  • ½ to 1 cup Harmless Harvest Coconut Water (adjust for thickness) 

For the toppings

  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Banana, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Chopped pistachios

How To Make It

  1. Blend yogurt, mango, spinach, kale, banana, and coconut water until completely smooth. Start with ½ cup coconut water and add more for a thinner consistency. 
  2. Pour into a bowl and use a spoon to smooth the top. 
  3. Top with kiwi, banana, strawberries, coconut flakes, and pistachios. 
  4. Serve immediately with a spoon.

Tip: Swap pistachios for granola or hemp seeds if you prefer a nut-free option.
