Our proprietary multi-step micro-filtration process keeps the original, naturally sweet coconut flavor and maintains nutrients while ensuring the safety and integrity of the final product and extending the shelf life in refrigerated conditions.

The micro-filtration system we have adopted removes all bacteria and produces a commercially sterile product without needing to pasteurize thermally.

We are proud that we never thermally pasteurize our product, which means it’s as close to getting the water directly from a coconut as can be! We have developed a proprietary multi-step micro-filtration process to extend shelf life in refrigerated conditions.
