  • Agave Syrup
  • Honey
  • Simple Syrup
  • Maple Syrup
  • Brown Sugar Syrup
  • Coconut Sugar
Remember, the key is to add your sweetener gradually and taste as you go, ensuring you achieve the desired sweetness without overwhelming the other flavors in your coconut bubble tea.

How should I prepare the tapioca pearls?

Preparing tapioca pearls is a straightforward process, but it requires some attention to detail to get them just right. Here's a basic method to prepare them:

  1. Boil Water.
  2. Add Tapioca Pearls.
  3. Let the pearls cook for about 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  4. The pearls are done when they are completely translucent and have a chewy, bouncy texture. You can test one to see if the middle is still white (undercooked) or if it has the desired consistency.
  5. Drain and Rinse
  6. Sweeten (Optional): If you want to sweeten the pearls, you can soak them in a simple syrup, honey, or agave syrup for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Serve
Remember, the key to perfect tapioca pearls is the texture – they should be soft and chewy, but not mushy.
