This espresso drink combines all the classic s’mores flavors with our tried and true: the Organic Coconut Water.
Whether you’re looking to start your day with a little extra flair, or need an afternoon pick-me-up at the office (or anywhere really), our homemade iced coffee recipe is sure to give you that campfire feel, without the campfire bug bites. Best of all, the recipe is three steps. We love an overachiever that wants to emulsify, blend, strain, and foam, but sometimes, it’s best to keep it simple. With the refreshing flavor of our pink coconut water, you never have to do too much.
What You'll Need
- 1 oz toasted marshmallow syrup
- 5 oz Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water
- 2 espresso shots
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 5 tbsp chocolate sauce
- Marshmallows of choice for topping
How To Make It
1. Make chocolate cream by frothing together heavy whipping cream, milk, and chocolate sauce.
2. In a glass, add ice, toasted marshmallow syrup, Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water, chocolate cream, and espresso shots.
3. Top with toasted marshmallows.
