How to Make Fluffy Dairy Free and Gluten Free Waffles Recipe 

*Serves 4

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend (we used coconut flour!)

  • 1/2 cup Harmless Harvest vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk  
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • pinch sea salt 

    How to Make:

    1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl or blender.
    2. Mix until smooth - the batter will be thick.
    3. Make waffles according to your waffle iron.
    4. Add your favorite waffle toppings or eat plain!
