How to Make Plant-Based Guiltless Banana Pudding

What You'll Need:

  • ¼ cup Harmless Harvest plain Dairy-Free Yogurt  
  • ¾ cup frozen banana slices (the riper the better!)  
  • ¼ cup cashew butter  
  • 2 Tbsp coconut cream  
  • ⅛ tsp salt  
  • ¼ tsp turmeric  
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract  
  • Your favorite granola (We love Simply Elizabeth!)

                      How to Make:

                      1. Blend all ingredients except for granola and ¼ cup frozen banana slices in a food processor until it’s smooth and looks like soft serve ice cream.
                      2. Layer the mixture with granola and the rest of the frozen banana in a glass.
