How to Make Plant-Based Guiltless Banana Pudding
What You'll Need:
¼ cup Harmless Harvest plain Dairy-Free Yogurt
¾ cup frozen banana slices (the riper the better!)
¼ cup cashew butter
2 Tbsp coconut cream
⅛ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Your favorite granola (We love Simply Elizabeth!)
How to Make:
- Blend all ingredients except for granola and ¼ cup frozen banana slices in a food processor until it’s smooth and looks like soft serve ice cream.
- Layer the mixture with granola and the rest of the frozen banana in a glass.
