Harmless Harvest Bad Birdie Coconut Piña Colada Recipe

What You'll Need:

  • 2 oz Harmless Harvest Coconut Smoothie  
  • 1 oz Light Rum  
  • 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice  
  • .75 oz Coconut Syrup  
  • .5 oz Dark Rum (Float)  
  • Raspberry Preserves  
  • Garnish: Pineapple Slice & Fronds 

 How to Make It:

  1. Add all ingredients except dark rum and raspberry preserves to tin
  2. Shake until chilled
  3. Add some raspberry preserves to the bottom of glass
  4. Fill glass with crushed ice
  5. Pour cocktail into glass
  6. Float dark rum on top
  7. Enjoy!
